Terms and conditions of use

The rules under which B&B Global Consultores makes this website available to you and the scope of the information it publishes on it.
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version prevails.
1. Purpose and acceptance
This website is owned by B&B Global Consultores, S.C., Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) number BGC0705094F5, with its tax address at Calle Río Rhin 22, int. 704, Col. Cuauhtémoc, CP 06500, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México, doing business as B&B Global. These terms govern access to and use of the website; by browsing it, you accept them. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you not use it.
These terms do not govern the provision of the firm’s professional services —tax advisory, transfer pricing, valuation, audit and statutory opinions, due diligence, accounting or payroll—: that relationship is governed by the proposal or contract signed in each case, and by what is agreed there regarding scope, timing and fees. How your personal data is processed is explained in the privacy notice.
2. Use of the website
The website is offered for consulting information about the firm and its services, and for getting in touch with us. You agree to use it lawfully and not to engage in conduct that harms it or prevents its normal operation, including:
- Attempting to access parts of the website or its systems that are not public.
- Submitting through the form false data, third-party data without their authorization, or advertising or malicious content.
- Extracting the website’s content by automated means in order to reproduce or exploit it.
The website has no private area or user registration: you do not need to create an account to browse it.
3. Informational content
The articles on the blog (in Spanish) and the rest of the website’s content are general informational material. They do not take your specific situation into account and are not a substitute for tax, financial or legal advice from a professional who knows your case, nor for the obligations that apply to your company in Mexico or in other countries.
Mexican and international tax regulations, tax treaties to avoid double taxation and the authorities’ criteria change. We strive to keep the content up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it reflects the latest published version at all times; the official source always prevails. Before making a decision with tax effects, consult us about your specific case.
Reading this content does not create a professional relationship between you and the firm, and we accept no liability for decisions you make based solely on it.
4. One-on-one consultation
The one-on-one consultation is a session with a partner of the firm over Microsoft Teams or Zoom, in Spanish or English, to review a specific matter. It requires prepayment: before you book it you are informed of the price, duration and terms of the session, and the date is confirmed once payment is received, by bank transfer.
The session can be rescheduled. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, 100% of your payment is refunded upon written request. What is said in the session is guidance based on the information you provide at that time; if the matter requires a document review, an opinion or follow-up, you will be presented with a separate service proposal.
5. Contact form and channels
The website form and the contact channels published here are for requesting information. Sending a message does not bind either party: the service relationship begins when a specific proposal is accepted in writing.
Please do not send through the form, WhatsApp or email any passwords, Tax Administration Service (SAT) portal credentials, e.firma files or digital seals. When a procedure needs that access, we will tell you how to provide it.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, articles, images, trademarks, logos and design of the website belong to B&B Global or to whoever has authorized us to use them, and are protected by Mexican intellectual and industrial property law. Viewing them does not transfer any rights over them to you.
You may quote excerpts for informational purposes provided you cite the source and link to the original page. Any other reproduction, distribution, transformation or commercial use requires our prior written authorization.
7. Third-party links and services
The website may link to pages of authorities, of the international alliance Abacus Worldwide and of other third parties, and it uses external services such as hosting, WhatsApp messaging, Microsoft Teams and Zoom video calls and the measurement tools described in the cookie notice. We do not control those sites or services, and their terms and privacy policies are their own.
8. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the website continuously available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for damages arising from lack of availability, transmission errors or the unavailability of the third-party services the website depends on.
Nothing in the foregoing limits the firm’s liability for the professional services actually engaged, which is governed by what is agreed in each case and by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms to adapt them to legal changes or to changes in the website itself. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown above and at the end of the document.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
