Cookie notice
Last updated: October 3, 2026
What this website stores in your browser, who sets it, what it is for and how to change your choice at any time.
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version prevails.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to recognize you on later visits or to measure how the page is used. Alongside them, websites may use the browser’s local storage, which works in a similar way but is not sent with every request. This notice treats both in the same way.
This website does not use advertising or targeting cookies, and it does not share data with advertising networks.
2. Cookies this website uses
The first row remembers your answer to the notice; without it you would be asked again on every page. The Google Analytics cookies are written from the first visit, unless you turn off analytics or your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal. The Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft cookies only appear if you click “Got it”.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookie-consent | This website | Remembers whether you acknowledged the notice or turned off analytics | Until you clear your browser data |
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors | 2 years |
| _ga_<identifier> | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of the visit | 2 years |
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity | Links visits from the same browser | 1 year |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Groups the pages viewed into one session | 1 day |
| CLID | Microsoft Clarity | Identifies the visitor within the project | 1 year |
| MUID | Microsoft | Identifies the browser across Microsoft services | 13 months |
| ANONCHK and SM | Microsoft | Sync that identifier across domains | From 10 minutes to the session |
| cf_… (Turnstile) | Cloudflare | Tells people from bots when the form is submitted | The visit |
Cloudflare’s anti-bot verification (Turnstile) only comes into play when the contact form is submitted, when it is enabled, and serves to prevent automated submissions: it does not measure your browsing and is not used for advertising.
3. When each one is activated
The first time you visit, a notice appears at the bottom with two buttons: “Got it” and “Turn off analytics”.
- Google Analytics is on by default from the start, under the tacit consent that Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties allows for non-sensitive data when the notice is available.
- Microsoft Clarity is not downloaded until you click “Got it”: if you do not decide or if you turn off analytics, its code never reaches your browser and it leaves no cookie.
- If you click “Turn off analytics”, the page reloads and from that moment Google Analytics has analytics consent denied (it writes no new cookies) and Clarity does not load, neither on that visit nor on later ones.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we respect it as a refusal: neither tool is activated and the notice does not appear.
Advertising permissions are never granted: advertising storage, user data for advertising and ad personalization start out denied and do not change with your choice.
Your answer is saved in the browser’s local storage, under the key
cookie-consent,
which is why the notice does not appear again. The choice is per browser and per device: if you
visit from another device, you will be asked again.
4. How to change your choice
The direct way is the “Turn off analytics” button in the notice on your first visit: if you never clicked “Got it”, Clarity will not even have been downloaded. You can also turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in the browsers that offer it, which we respect as a refusal.
If you have already answered the notice and want to decide again, clear this website’s data in your browser (in the privacy settings, under cookies and site data, searching for bbglobal.com.mx) and reload the page: the notice will appear again and you can choose the opposite.
Clearing that data also deletes any measurement cookies. If you would rather we do it or have any questions, write to us at info@bbglobal.com.mx.
6. Changes to this notice
If the measurement tools or the cookies that are set change, this page and its date will be updated. How the data obtained with them is processed is explained in the privacy notice of B&B Global.
